No sale, No fee:
We work on a "no sale, no fee" basis. So if you decide not to sell your property, the only costs which you will incur are the agreed advertising and marketing expenses. (Signage, Photography, Websites, Advertising, Mailing Lists, Brochures etc.) The professional fee is only payable when a sale takes place.
